Nice hotel, non-optimal location, more practical planning internally.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable hotel. Reasonable gym

Quite a distance from Manila (30-45min journey by Grab which soon adds up to- however Grab we’re available). Not the biggest swimming pool. Poorly coordinated breakfast with cues extending into the foyer.

The food, service and staff at the Club Lounge were amazing.

1. There's a visible stain on one of the beds. 2. Wwe always stay there every year, and it's our first time to try the Club room. When we enter the room, it seems that there is no difference with the Luxury room we stayed before. 3. Please add additional regular staff at Lounge. When we get there, there's only interns present at that time. I'm also a Hotelier, working in the Executive Lounge, and I understand if the Receptionist is on break or went to the toilet, but please assign a reliever. It took almost 10 minutes for me to be assisted. Good thing, we're the only checking in that time. So what if there's also other guests waiting, it may lead to complain. This is only a kind suggestion, also for your own good. Good job to Andrea, who explained well my benefits and hotel's information while we're waiting.

Staff is amazing!!! Room service crew is efficient and professional. Personnel in both Misto and Straight Up are also amazing!! I also found their front desk and concierge folks very accommodating and hospitable:)

We are really satisfied with the stay. Thank you.

We booked the room right before checkin time. And requested the hotel to add one more bed. The request was well responded which made us feel relief. The best service is its breakfast. Amazing delicious. Mattress is really cozy. Definitely will come to stay again if we have chance to visit Manila again!

The checkout process took a long time. It seems like the SOP can be improved.

The view is not good since there are so many squatters in the area, but the location is accessible.

I like the location, it's a walking distance to the malls.

The pool is so cold, you can not enjoy it. The womens steam bath and sauna are not working well. No shampoo and conditioner and lotion. No assigned personnel in womens locker room, we were there at 11:30 AM.

Location is great. Our request was accommodated, check in counter staff was very nice. Misto staff were also nice.

Baggage assistance took some time. Pool was ok but suggest to make it heated since weather was very windy and cool.
